Overall, I am satisfied with the submission system, peer-review process, and editorial handling of the manuscript. However, I am concerned about the current PubMed/PubMed Central indexing status of the journal. Recent articles appear not to have been indexed in PubMed/PMC, which may substantially affect the visibility and accessibility of published work. I would appreciate a clear official explanation from the journal regarding its current indexing status, the effective date of any change, and whether affected articles will be submitted to PubMed/PMC retrospectively. Greater transparency regarding indexing changes would be very important for authors.
